Issue Dealer - Information manager

The Issue dealer is a Web-based tool deisgned for handling administrative tasks. It is used primarily to manage information. Future development should include the ability to create a work structure and routine.

This package was formerly known as "Issue Manager" which is the name the most recent release is under.
